Wishlist Page Improvement

Overview

The wishlist redesign was the very first project I worked on during my 15-month dispatch period at SSF Shop, a leading fashion e-commerce platform.

As part of the initial task, I identified areas of improvement within the existing service and proposed a new approach based on research and the UX design process.

Previously, users were only able to add individual products they liked to their wishlist. Through user research, I discovered this limitation and suggested expanding the wishlist functionality to include not only products, but also favorite brands, curated collections, and promotions — essentially, anything customers might want to keep track of.
In addition to the wishlist revamp, I also contributed to the rollout of new service features and UI improvements aimed at enhancing the overall user experience across the platform.
